I’d buy a 6 button Astro layout with no turbo panel. However I’d prefer that it came without art.
$20-25 sounds right to me. $30 is high.
I’d be interested in custom metal panels, if I could submit a vector file.

Pre-made. Not custom/submit your own art style. Though that idea would be awesome.
It wouldn’t be just bare metal. It’d be a solution with artwork on top. It would suck to release a metal panel with a new layout that no one has plexi for. So of course it should include artwork. Otherwise it’s a bit too much work for most people, IMO.
Then I’d definitely be down for a bunch, especially if the design was generic (carbon fiber looking pattern?) and especially if it was at least somewhat customizable, like the text under the LED panel.

I would like the option of having the start/select buttons on the face (upper right hand portion somewhere) as well.
I would shoot to have at least the straight (american) 6, MK style, 6 and 7 button vewlix, 6 button astro, and maybe 5 button for tekken tag as layout options.
Is there a way we can get different screws or just the hex nuts still?

i like the idea, but i dont want predetermined artwork and that may make it a pain in the ass.

theres plexi glass web applications that allow you to make a completely customized layout and buy it, there should be something like that if its possible

I’m on the same boat on $30 being too much. Maybe for a very nice artwork set, but for a basic, nondescript design, I’d swing for $25 a pop. And please, no giant brand logos. If logos are necessary, since it’s basically a MadCatz product anyway, small and decent looking text would be good.
