Ok! Here’s the deal everyone. I’ll go through and collate all of the requests and make one post that I keep track of them in / update.
Shipping: USPS Priority Mail. Its fast and cheap via Small Flat Rate and Padded Envelopes. So no guessing on cost for a guy/gal in California, China, etc.
USA will be $5.95
Canada will be $20.55
International will be $24.75
I will keep this in the community and continue to work with @jonyfraze on the shirts. I want to get the costs and such ironed out so that I can inform everyone the T-Shirt cost, materials, and expected quality. What’s the big deal with shipping if we don’t have a shirt to ship!?
If you live in the NoVA/MD/DC area and want to help pack things up, you are more than welcome to come help. Remember this is a not for profit deal here, its all for the community!
Payment Options will be done via PayPal. I will post final costs with PayPal fees included… so if you have an international account, you will have an international cost since PP fees are higher for out of the country transactions. If you dont have PayPal and really want to arrange something else, Im flexible within reason
UPDATE: ROUGH pricing per T-Shirt will be $13-14 each plus shipping, this has to be calculated with a spreadsheet but its a very close swag. Names/Numbers on the back is doable, but it would be done via Heat Transfer and from my experience long term these don’t hold up as well as silk screen and I recommend we DONT do this. Nobody wants a shirt that wont hold up, ya know?
I’ll post a revision over the weekend.
I think I’ll just have my SRK handle embroidered on the sleeve after I get it. Are we certain we are going with red only?

Jon mentioned it might be easier to just setup a listing on my site to purchase shirts, but I won’t do that. This is not going to be something to drive traffic to my site. I will use a PayPal listing and post a link in the thread. That will be easiest and best so this doesn’t show any shop favoritism. Additionally, I hope to put the listing up this weekend and leave it up until Friday August 29. On August 30 the order list will be sent to @jonyfraze to start work!

So I’m thinking of just dumping the Astro and whatever other thing I can put on the background and just having the plain logo on the shirt. What does everyone else think?
I liked the one with the JOYSTICK… that was killer. Not a fan of the Astro, but i defer to the group vote.
