so does this work on akuma demon flip setups? i tried it and it doesnt seem to let me get up and do anything. cant even ex run. but i only tried it online so. . .
Yes it does but it is, of course, timing dependent. If you want to grab him out of demon flip dive kick, ALWAYS use the HP version. The EX version is basically useless because the invincibility runs out during the startup (i.e. before the grab activates). The HP version has a frankly broken hit box that beats anything over Guy’s head. EX has the same hit box as the MP version, which grabs directly in front of Guy.
