I only really like the Catwoman costume in the Ame-Comi pack , but i guess the Wii-U owner deserve some kind of a compliment for having the DLC late .

I wouldn’t say the character is “banned” so much as there was a deadline for DLC to be allowed at Evo, and he was released past that deadline.

If you use these after b3 you should be fine (bomb is horrible in corner so these are mid)

j2 is optional combo starter b22 or f2 to start after j2

j2, b22, TS1, b3 ji2, f1 bomb
j2,b22, TS1, b3, ji2, ji2 12 bomb

All of these put you in the perfect place to throw a bomb and hit. Of course it can whiff if tech rolled

i personally use the second one.
the problem is the bomb can be beat by wakeup invincibility, and her only hard knockdown string (112) leaves them too far for the bomb to connect if used in a combo. i think 33 is also a hard knockdown, but it leaves them too close.

Harley’s trait buff is sexy. I can actually do it at the end of combos and not get blown up for it. Also, me not playing this game for awhile has fucked up my execution for play doctor.

^ i was also going to ask if his trait grab is blockable or not. i’m pretty sure you can’t jump away or use any kind of air mobility to get away from it, which is reminiscent of green arrow’s ice arrows granting him a combo even if they hit you when you were in the air.

i saw dragongod, or whatever his name is, block it on sabin’s stream, but someone said he might be teching the grab.

so when he activates his trait, you just have to stand there and eat chip or let him get a full combo? cheeeeaaaaappp xD
