How do you do it? Is it F+MB right before the object hits you?

Use either B3 or F3 along with Meter Burn and HOLD IT IN until the object hits you. You’ll armor right through it UNLESS it’s multiple hits (and there are interactibles with multiple hits, learn them). At that point either let the buttons go to let your B3/F3 rip or Dash forward and punish normally if you can.

That’s her Flashpoint costume, bro. You can buy it on the marketplace or get it as a bonus in the Season Pass (comes with a costume for Deathstroke and Aquaman too).

A list of all the Stages, layers, Transition Points and Interactibles (and how different character types interact with them). It’d be great to have a list of all that on hand.

Does the default button layout bother any pad players? Maybe I just didn’t give it a chance, but one of the first things I did was change the trait button to X (on PS3). The default 1-2-3 set-up was just a little too awkward.

That’s what I did. The default control setup was so odd.
