I blame BB:CT for ruining the anime fighter scene. That game was just lulz and I don’t know how I could even play that shit. A few years later and BB is now a bearable game but everyone hates the series by now because of CT.
My biggest concern with trying to get Persona was that I doubted that people would even try the game. It looks like I’ll have to get it since a few of you are getting it. Worst case scenario and people stop playing that game, I could always fall back to netplaying since I’m guessing that the netcode will be decent (thank you based ArcSys). Labrys/Yukiko, we in there lol.
I won’t be going to Arsenal for about a month or two, so I guess I’ll play you all again by the time GG and Persona hit the shelves lol.
give Aqua Pazza a shot. you have to import it and it’s coming out very soon in July but it will be a good “anime” style game.
I actually didn’t mind CT, or CS. Both were pretty fun…however I lost almost all enjoyment when it was updated to CS2, and Extend just seemed like the exact same game as CS2. Which is when I lost interest, and alot of people I know also lost interest when CS2/Extend was released.
BB is still an interesting game, but it is true that too many people won’t give anime fighters a real chance, just because of the looks. I personally like the art style. I do think though that Persona will do well. It draws in a number of different type of gamers, RPG lovers who enjoyed the series, fans of the anime, and the fighting game community. I think it has a legit chance.
Also I’ll be using Yukiko probably as a main, with Yu, and Mitsuru as back ups 
Hey guys I just wanted to say that last night was pretty fun. It was nice running sets especially dan sets for lols. I hope you all had as much fun playing with me as I did with you all. I’ll probably mostly only going on Saturdays though since I work until 9 most mondays but who knows I might stop by for a bit.
Most of the population of Arsenal people go on Saturdays. Mondays is mainly for Guilty Gear.
it doesn’t have to be, we’re just the only ones who show up generally

What’s up NapTown? Sorry that I missed the Arsenal session last night…I’m in the middle of moving into a new apartment and awaiting the arrival of my girlfriend from teaching English in China. Just to give you guys a small update…It looks like I’ll be staying in NapTown until early Fall. As you know I’ve been working my ass off at Amazon…and last week I had an interview to transfer to a brand new Amazon facility in San Bernardino, California!
I was originally going to move to Cali to pursue a career in Video Production…but this offer from Amazon is too good to pass up, and let’s face it going to the West Coast w/ a job on deck is better that just trying to make a go of it. The California facility will not be ready until September or October…But I should find out in the next few weeks if I’ve got the job or not. Long story short I’ll be in Nap until the fall…but honestly w/ my work schedule and my girl coming back to town, it will be a rare occasion that I make it to an Arsenal session…but we’ll see.
I just want to say that I’m proud of our scene…and I hope that it continues to grow and you all become stronger in your respective games!
Oh and I haven’t forgot about the Massive amount of KOF footage that I captured a few months back or the Guilty Gear Ranbat. Once I get settled in my new apartment I’ll upload the footage.
Well just bring her along a couple times to Arsenal. Then she can see you for the KoF scrub that you are! xD Nah man just kidding. But still though we should try to plan another KoF ranbat sometime.
