Not really, just a normal Saturday. If anything the Super Bowl will most likely mean we get less people due to the fear of traffic downtown. Unfortunately, the Arsenal isn’t an arcade. People would need to view this specific thread just to know the space exists.
Has anyone gotten Soul Calibur V yet? and if you have do you think it’s any good?
i haven’t got any SCV play in yet, but it looks nice… Renegade is already saying he’s the best at it

I’ve only played SCV for about an hour, since Tuesday. (Hello, my name is Chris and I am a Star Wars: The Old Republic addict.) Right now, people that are playing it a lot are saying it quite possibly has the best netcode for a fighting game ever. I still need to take the time and play to decide if I want to play it on stick or pad, though. I tried it on a stick, the other night, but it didn’t feel comfortable to me.
Barring any sudden plans, I’ll be at Arsenal this Saturday. Probably about right at 5 pm.

I hope it’s nothing bad up in dat podcast, like saying I can’t play without mashing Down + H, or dat I be mashing shoryuken all day and still winning… Yeah nothing like that :0 Tell me when it’s finished I’ll make sure to listen to it.
As for Soul Calibur V I picked it up tonight, it isn’t bad, but it’s deffinantly mash friendly. Also Siegfried, and Nightmare give me nightmares… lol
What SWTOR server are you on, Rumler?
I think that it’ll become less mash-friendly when the more advanced stuff really starts to present itself. I still have yet to try the guard cancelling whatchamacallits.
I used to be on Terentatek until some of my old WoW guildmates started playing the game on Juyo, so that’s now the server that I’m on. Pretty much all Imperial, right now.

Hey guys, I’m still alive and I still play fighting games. I’m gonna try to make it on Monday if nothing else comes up… I would strongly recommend that those planning to go out today stay home. I had a friend stuck in traffic for over an hour taking a back road to downtown, and I can only imagine that it’s going to get worse. I can’t wait until we get to have our city back.
Anyways, just to be clear, Siegfried is the only SC5 character you’re allowed to play in Das Clubb.
I’m still debating on if I’m heading down there, tonight…Google Maps is saying that the traffic isn’t TOO terrible in that southern area, but I dunno how trustworthy that is.
Also, I’m trying to learn Siegfried. Already made a custom character using his soul. Still needs fine tuning (and probably more items unlocked), but it’s basically The Shredder.

I actually lost and took 2nd place at that T3 tourney that fell on the same weekend as the Black Expo. Lost to Big Thirst, who was reppin Johnny Cage.

But yeah, I’m very excited to hang out with the Nexus guys again. A very fun and classy group. I actually hung out with DJ Max during Fausty Frostings, a few weeks back, and we played a few casuals. You cannot nap on his Kitana, because he will nail you if you do.
I don’t think I heard anything Greg how far in was it?, though it was interesting to listen to. Whatever help you need just let me know for this tournament, I don’t mind lending my set up or games for it. As you know I have alot of them lol
