yooooo i am back! yes we did get to round 2 before losing out to mr. Otochun but we did play well, we didn’t have an off day really or anything like that. we played well throughout this week. the others are still there until like Friday i believe so hopefully they continue to grow stronger. very excited for ST at Season’s Beatings. trying to help push to get someone very special from Japan to come visit the event, he even mentioned it by name. muahahaha!

For future reference, the reason that counterhits weren’t working in GG training mode last night was because the dummy was set to controller 2. We dumb.
The Jam combo off of counterhit S and H puffballs is dashup 5K 5S j.K j.H j.236K. I was messing with it and it seems more reliable of you put the 5K at the beginning because it pushed them higher in the air and makes it easier to connect the j.K
You can also do stuff like 5K 5S j.K j.S jc j.S j.H j.236K for a little more damage but it’s more inconsistent because of j.S having such a narrow horizontal reach, you have to run up as close as you can before you catch with 5K. it seems pretty doable with practice though
You can do the same stuff off of counterhit 236K if you ever get it since it causes wallbounce
Just got out of the hospital not too long ago, it still feels like someone repeatedly hit my back with a sledge hammer, but hopefully I’ll be able to go to Arsenal on friday. Though thats not a guarantee, I think it was a success because when I stand up straight I can walk fairly normal. So hopefully in a few months I’ll be running again 
And I won’t hurt as much sitting up to play these fighters.
That is good to hear, my ankle surgery recovery time was three months before I could start running. Dont push it to much.

Parts of the Sentence - Subject/Verb
A simple sentence is a group of words expressing a complete thought, and it must have a subject and a *verb (predicate - *some grammar books use the word predicate, but I will use verb). A verb shows action or state of being. Examples: The bell *rang. *The boy is here. The subject tells who or what about the verb. Examples: The bell rang. The boy is here.
There are four (4) kinds of sentences: *declarative, imperative, interrogative, *and exclamatory.
When finding the subject and the verb in a sentence, always find the verb first and then say who or *what *followed by the verb. Example: The bell rang. Find the verb - *rang. *Now say who or what rang? The bell rang. Bell is the subject.

This is a meetup group that will make it really easy for us to organize and run tournaments here in naptown. If you play any other games (shooters especially), this will also let you know when those tourneys are.
I’m starting my new job on monday, and between that and my other commitments, I know that it’s going to cut into my fighting game time. I’m not through playing fighting games, this scene is way too much fun. However, this means I don’t have as much time to train and practice at games that I frankly just don’t really enjoy that much. This is why I quit playing SF4. For now I’m probably just going to stick to playing ST, GG, and some KOF13 when it comes out.
Like I said though, don’t count me out of the naptown scene (I haven’t gotten anyone pregnant yet, lol). I still want to contribute. G, I want to help you organize and run the upcoming tourneys for the area. Get with me sometime and let me know how I can help. You have my sword.

I don’t remember there really. I just wanna smack someone with that chair but all there moves looked sick.
I’ll play the persona game, it looks like it doesn’t have most of the things from Blazblue that I didn’t really like, except maybe the throw system, so it could potentially be really good. It definitely looks like it’s getting a lot more care and attention than the other licensed games Arc System Works has made, possibly because they don’t have Capcom rushing them and refusing to properly support the game after release this time.
I’ve been replaying Persona 4 mostly because of this game coming out, it’s one of maybe 4 JRPGS that I ever actually finished.
I never finished the one I had. The whole thirteenth hour shooting yourself in the head crap confused/tripped me out so I traded it in lol. But with me only liking the personas and this being a fighter I want to play a lil more.
