Riiight. I just started playing that. I’ve been playing MvC2 for 10+ years. I’ve been to majors. I’ve taken my lumps. As far as that game goes, I’m top 3 in the state easily. I defer to Rappleross because he is the only one that still cares.

i don’t play 1 hit kill games. I soon will be once umvc3 comes out though. On the other hand the only old school game I still even bother with competitively is 3rd strike. it’s good for you to keep naming games that you know I don’t play seriously though, keep it up.

I’m going to ignore all your idiotic rambling and get down to business. I play games I enjoy playing. Did you miss the part about me being a Vs game player? I think new school fighters lowered the bar and ushered in a whole new crop of whiny, MM dodging lil scrubs. I’m only playing Marvel 3 because it was time to move on. I enjoy competition, but if I don’t like a game, I’m not playing it. In case you missed it the first time, I’m Vs game player. 3S is a good place to start. That’s a long, bumpy road and I don’t envy you at all.
For anyone with this mindset: Playing multiple games on a mediocre no ones heard of you level doesn’t make you better than anyone.
I’m glad you’re at least going to try, but UMVC3 is STILL a OHKO game. XFC is still in. The damage is higher. Super armor and invulnerability frames are all over the place. Hitboxes that are behind the character as well as in front. Vs games are nuts man. You’ll need to play more than one character well to survive, and they’d better have some synergy. Why are you waiting? You act like UMVC3 is a brand new game (it’s not :tup:). Best get your feet wet now, or when UMVC3 comes out, you’re going to drown.

We’ve got a solid Deadpool/Sentinel player at the Arsenal already. Play some sets vs him. It’ll only help you in the long run.
