I guess it is just more practice I get when playing with people.
But I feel that I’m just a waste of time to better players.
Like when playing against new players, it is less stress and some fun.
But playing a higher-level person, it just gets too much after losing many times.
I’m so opposite of optimistic, this is how I think of things. :mad:
But then I think why I’m like this is because of something that happened few weeks.
Four weeks ago, I was playing with another guy.
He seems very good to me; punish on opportunity and all that jazz, knew Combos.
Getting beaten by him, I asked what can I do to get better.
He would not tell or show me.
We continued to play more Matches.
After some while, he got bored playing with me.
He would just mess around with his Character.
Then he say that I’m not to level to play with him.
Stopped playing with him.
I asked him if he would help me out with working Combos.
He say that SFIV is not about Combos.
Which may be true; I don’t know.
But they do look cool, and requires good execution.
So since I was not a good experienced player, he did not play all that with me.
This then left a bad feeling in me.
All this was NOT at Dentron’s place.
So this guy was not any of us.
No worry.
I do not seem to be getting better.
So I’m not welcomed. :sad:
I bought an Xbox 360 three days ago.
Waiting for it to show up at my house.
I can finally play all the SFIV I want.

its good to hear that you are getting a console and if you keep showing up and practacing at home youll get better. you have to remember many of the people that show up have been playing some form of street fighter competitively for years.
The goal of this gathering is for people to get better and have fun in a stress free environment. I HATE playing at an arcade with a huge line because if you lose you have to wait 30-45min to play again. Unless you can run massive streaks at the arcade consistently, there is no way you will get to play as much at an arcade compared to a place with 4-5 setups and 10-15 players.
