You said you don’t want to use god tier, but since you insist on Ryu and Cyke, then I’ll recommend Cable. Cable, like any of the other three, are only god tier if you use them correctly. With that said, you can pick Cable and be decent even with only knowing the very basics. I swear they made Cable extremely easy to use on purpose; he’s the character that I’ve seen being used the most by kids in the arcades.
