anywho, my main problem with this case being “Stand Your Ground”, is that when you stand your ground and shoot somebody in self defence, you don’t flee the scene afterwards. Thats not exactly standing your ground. Hell, I’d say, if you shoot a gun at somebody, you better be willing to answer for that shit. Firing multiple shots into a car full of people, then driving away, and not notifying the cops, is ASKING FOR TROUBLE!!!

Oh, shut up. Legally, Zimmerman is in the clear. His trial is a farce because there’s no conclusive evidence that he murdered anyone and he falls under the protection of the Stand Your Ground law. The law is dumb but it’s the law, and it isn’t something like segregation or slavery. It will be held up.
Stand your ground should be for self defense. If you’re saying there’s not enough evidence to say who initiated, so we stick to innocent until proven guilty then I would agree, despite me thinking how long he followed the kid means Zimmerman wasn’t the one needing self-defense. Sadly, the law is ambiguous enough that people who start the altercation are defended by it.

I understand the law since it was in every damn paper in America after the incident, but if we go by the law he’s in the clear. Repeal the law, which is what the Martins should be working on.
Will this be like the other one where everyone over reacts for the poor innocent black kid who is an upstanding citizen. Just to find out they were all wrong and based all their judgment on the suspected race of Zimmer(who is Hispanic ironically) just to find out the kid was a grade A Douchebag and a wannabe gangbanger.
