Well I finally figured out how to hook up a Playstation 2 to a VGA connector so yeah, the projectors will still be on deck. The Dreamcast has an adapter that hooks up to a VGA port natively without the use of a converter box. And yeah, no craziness this time for Lord Jas to worry about. I’m sure that hindered his ability to participate in casuals and money matches. I think this time around we’ve got a great staff and there shouldn’t be the chaotic mess which happened at IC2. Also as far as the hotels go (for those who want them) the hotel wanted me to put all the rooms that I wanted to reserve on a credit card and pay for two nights worth of stay. Unfortunately I cannot do that but there is nothing major going on that weekend and the hotel has quite a bit of rooms avaliable so I don’t think there should be much of a problem if you just walk in and reserve the room. $51 a night isn’t that bad either.

I can bring my PS3. It has Tekken 5: DR downloaded to the hard drive. Will this grant me free entry since a system goes for half off and a game goes for half off? I won’t have to worry about it being stolen, will I? Will controller converters be provided, or do I have to get my own?
Also, are there consoles set up for free play, or is it strictly a tournament kind of deal?

The community tries it’s best to look out for itself as far consoles and making sure things won’t be stolen. Although there can’t be a guarantee your items will not be stolen but at both tournaments I’ve never heard of anyone’s whole system being stolen.
Secondly, only if we can use all of the hardware will you be granted free entry. But yeah, more than likely since you’re bringing that and a copy of Tekken. However, I can almost guarantee you free entry if you have a copy of Soul Calibur IV as we are in desperate need of Soul Calibur IVs. If we can use all of your equipment though yeah, you will get free entry but I can guarantee you half off for bringing a PS3, especially since you’d told me so early. Just make sure you arrive during the window of 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. for equipment. After that, we cannot honor equipment passes as it would hold up the tournament at that point. Well, first and foremost, nice to see you post. Of course, do get well. Best wishes with the surgery. I’ve really only ever had to experience surgery on my foot, so it was sort of minor, but I still understand the unpleasant experience.
However, I must respectfully disagree with something you stated… I’m not asking you to rematch me for “easy money.” I’ve made no reference to your skill directly based off your tired, stressful day except to say that I liked myself over you. Truly, that’s far from thinking anything is easy. Usually, if you don’t doubt your own skills at all, you’d normally be confident of them in a respectful manner. I’m not sure if you know EWDF (Clint), from GA. I rematched him from Impact I at Impact II in marvel. I barely won at Impact I, and got completely rolled over by him (no homo) at Impact II (7-0…I know, RAPE!). Anyone who knows me knows I constantly say he’s an individual better than me, but I still wanted to rematch for the occasion. So, don’t put yourself down like that. Trying to match bet with bet is hardly thinking you are a push over. Even Madara stated that you are far from being a push over. People just have their honest opinions. Something like that will never change. Personally, I want no part in anything not of good intentions towards booty bandit. Serious or not, it’s just a bet. I can’t like or dislike her, or praise or insult her, over such a trivial matter. Madara is a friend I’ve known for quite some time, but anything he may dislike doesn’t necessarily mean I whole-heatedly agree.
(Note: I think you read my post wrong. I meant I couldn’t tell if booty bandit was serious about putting a hundred on you on a tournament not remotely close to the location I saw booty bandit came from and because of the…enthusiasm in the post. Alright for those of you wanting to see the 3rd strike videos (and believe me they are awesome) from IC2 they are almost done. Basically I don’t know who is fighting against who so before they get posted online I need to meet up with Metalmike (preferably this weekend) and bring the DVD along and get with him so we can figure out who is playing who in these videos. I’d upload it without the names but last time I did that with the Soul Calibur IV videos people were complaining so I am just going to upload them once I figure out who is fighting who. I saved the list that was written down and everything as well so we will be able to make better sense of all these videos soon enough.
