Given that I expect a low turnout, I doubt the tournament would last more than an hour or two.
Well we have all night to do whatever the heck we want so I would say just try to fit it after Brawl Singles and Doubles have completed. If I can get everything the way I want it I want the Brawl tournament to start no later than 1 p.m. and hopefully knocked out fairly quickly. I have two people I know are coming and in charge of the brackets which know how to run them the most efficient and best way (for Brawl). Secondly, Keits showed me the easiest way to make a tournament work. I talked to him for about an hour and he told me some of the best ways to make it work. Larry as well so I have no doubt in my mind that this tournament will be ran more efficiently, smoothly, and all games will finish with time left over. And remember, this time around the guy allowing us to use this space is actually a gamer and he runs tournaments from this same spot so he knows what’s up when it comes to tournaments and being flexible. We’ll make it work.
i too think its best too run it overnight your gonna have a low turn out anyway(well more than likely). wait a min it might be big since brawl players may want in. that could be huge man. still best too run it overnight lets not forget many people are coming here for brawl.

@mags yo you think if we run melee doubles on saturday it be ok? i was thiknin it give the melee players some reason to come on both saturday and sunday not just saturday they could finshish doubles on saturday and singles on sunday 3 tv’s should be nice for them.

Also, for the Days Inn that is next to the location, did you call in and see if you can reserve a number of rooms for a special rate/price for the event? It’s just a suggestion. Might help a little.
Team tourney Marvel I was going to get Lastblade to run them but since he’s not coming I’ll have to have a change of plans. Secondly, I have not reserved any rooms yet so the price could actually get lower than what’s stated there for the hotels as that is just the price they charge regularly. I’ll make sure to reserve some, good idea by the way. How many do you think should be adequate?

Alright well, now that I thought about it I suppose there are way too many games at this venue. I’m going to remove the following games becuase I don’t think they’ll bring in attendence and it would hinder the tournament. Hopefully, in the future they may be added but as of right now I think it’d be best to remove them. I must think Kakarot for helping me understand this

Mag, King of Fighters XI had like 10 entrants last time! Why the hell are you getting rid of it?! That game will have no problem running, I’ll even run it myself.
Well, you are right, it ran awful quick last time and both times it did have a decent turn out. I’ll go ahead and put that one back up. But all the other ones have never once ran at both Impact Clash tournaments except for King of Fighters XI. I’ll hold you up to running King of Fighters XI, ha ha ha.

i dont really play the game but that bitch got some dirty as leader combos off any juggling hit plus she traps pretty damn nicely. if it werent for the fact i cant properly execute vanessas bnb combo id get back into the game but im dead set on using that sexy bitch as well.
