Hard choice but i had to leave out TMNT
Street Fighter Zero 2 - First vs fighter I felt good at. Favourite art of any sprite fighter. Evil Ryu, with a 3 hit Hadouken. Game is my nirvana.
Starblade - This thing is immersive. Whenever I sat down for a game, it’s like I’m wearing blinkers, it commands attention. Sure it’s an on rails shooter with fat untextured polygons, but I dig it for that underused look and the experience provided.
PropCycle - Pedalling like crazy to pop balloons for time extensions. Great environments, intuitive controls, fun flight model, and you can only play (well) till your legs turn to jelly.
Virtua Fighter 3 - When this dropped it blew everything else away. I’d be playing other games and I’d still gawk at it. I wasn’t very good, but I’d love to play/oggle it again.
Neo Geo MVS with: Neo Turf Masters, Puzzle Bobble, Garou, Metal Slug 5.
Oh no way, that’s cheating! That’s not fair, that’s totally not allowed. It’s the same as how the genie won’t let you wish for more wishes.

Someday I’ll own these games. Getting a working Teraburst can be tough. 
It’s hard but totally beatable. My problem is forging through it a second time. Desire to play kind of fades after trip one.
- Sega Versus City cab with Street Fighter 3: Third Strike.
- Sega Blast City cab with Super Turbo.
- Taito Egret (the original Egret) with Ketsui
- Namco Noir cab with Tekken 6: BR
- Vewlix cab with SF4 or Blaz Blue (or both!)
I would also love to have a 3 player setup for the Aliens vs Predator beat-em-up. That would be too sick.
