If you want the SBA (Stick Builders Association) to get off the ground you might want to start contacting the other builders. I am pretty sure that you can count Tim and myself as card caring members. Finkle is coming out of hibernation and there are a few others I think.

I PMed all current stick builders to see if they are taking orders. I would like to somehow try to see if I can get all members of SBA to post here on the 1st of the month to see if they are opened or closed or any updates on their situation.

ok im kinda new to sticks and the forums.I do own a soul calibur hori though but i just dont like ball tops and the buttons feel kinda unresponsive. Is it possible if someone could make me a bat top arcade stick. I dont know much about buttons do they have buttons that are sensative.im really looking for a custom stick since i forgot to preorder a TE for sf4.
can anyone swap out all of the stock parts in an ex2 for me and put in sanwa parts?

If you need a basic stick, or just getting into fighting games, buy a Mad Catz TE stick. If your more experienced and want a personal thing then get a custom stick.
If your cheap, Mad Katz TE stick all the way.
^ Couldn’t agree more. And be wary of what stick you are buying, just because it’s cheap and well known doesn’t make it a quality product (I’m talking about you, Hori EX2).
Yeah if you wanna wait 2+ months for another batch. 
I’ve been so tempted to do my own for the longest time. Is it as simple as buying the case, joystick, buttons, soldering some wires, and putting in some screws? Is that all there is to it?
The ones that remain active I’m going through right now. I can’t really tell if they are closed or not since some people are still asking for slots.

Yea if the case is predrilled all there is to it is mounting the stick , wiring a pcb to the buttons and stick, and you should be good to go.
Are there any Euro stick makers or people willing to make a complete stick (Sanwa parts) and ship it to the UK? If so could you PM me please.
