Well Mozerella and cheddar as the base, if you are thinking of doing the buffalo chicken, I’d add some blue cheese crumbles (not too much, the salt oh the salt), some smoked gouda, and extra sharp cheddar. Chop the peepers fine though…may even want to puree them or something. I’d done it before but with only like 3 types of cheese.

I apologize for threadjacking folks, I’d hate to turn this into a cooking thread. I’ve only done one cheese macaroni and topped it with another cheese afterwards.
For your particular recipe, how would you prepare the mix cheese base? Would you layer it (the cheeses) melted down, one at a time, or mix them in and add them afterwards?

I can’t front I don’t have it memorized, but pre-cook noodles, dump them into a large pan. Precook bacon in a pan and save those beautiful juices. In a medium sized bowl mix buttermilk, melted butter, egg, lots of cut up jalenpoes (fucc speelin’ its a holiday weakind), bacon juice, and slowly mix in the cheddar and moze3rella. You can chop up the bacon and mix it now…which I would recommend if using the buffalo chicken as well…but if no chicken, I’d layer it layer. Mix concoction with noodles. Pour the rest of the mozerlla and chedder on top, using your hand to sorta mix it - on top. Then layer on the the rest of the cheese on top along with the remaining meats (make sure to cover the meats a lil bit with cheese to help keep the moisture in while cooking, but you don’t want to cook the pasta with raw meat - the juices will mess up the consistency at that point.
You’ll want it to cook for like an hour or so at like 400…should be a tender, firm, and a lil browned on top, and if you use a glass baking pan - you can see ‘bubbles’ coming from the bottom.
Pull it out let it cool down, enjoy.
Again, this is from memory so I could be off a lil here and there but thats pretty solid. I keep thinking there is flour in that original mixture, but I’m not positive, it should pour out like really thick milk, but not quite gravy.

If I didn’t have to go through the process of actually picking them apart, I’d go for a big basket of steamed crabs. Which actually aren’t all that unhealthy, just a hassle to obtain/cook/eat.
Megajuana Beef Chimichanga from Tijuana flats wet with Queso with a side of refried beans and chips with a side of queso for the chips. Toppings would include everything they offer(lettuce, tomato, sour cream, jalapenos, onions, and cheese)
easily well over 1200 calories of awesome.
This isn’t even a contest. I’d go for chicken fried steak with so much sawmill gravy that I can’t see the steak I’m eating.
