Even worse, he doesn’t even need a counter hit to go into a 10 frame launch.
I can definitely see his meter gain getting chopped. That’s how they tried to hold back Geese. He is still really good and 1 hard read can take away 80%+ of your health if you are good enough.
As ludicrus as that 10f launch is, it’s not even the problem. Demon flip is stupid AF in a bunch of MUs, he gets massive damage 50-50s that are also plus on block with bar, his wall game is dumb, and teleport/DP means he gets to ignore a bunch of stuff other characters have to hold. Most of this is fueled by meter though, nerf his meter gain a whole bunch and he’ll be a lot less scary.
Geese nerfs were overblown AF, as angry as the Geese players were. He’s still top tier, or at least very close.

Geese definitely got a slap on the wrist overall going into S3.
His nerfs were actually pretty hard, but the core of the character was too solid for that to matter. Plus, his new move makes up for most of the nerfs.
Katarina, Devil Jin and Kazumi all got worse nerfs than Geese got overall. Steve too, at least if you’re not good enough to do his new CH df2-combo (which is legit pretty hard).

I’m playing Death Stranding.
I’m liking it a lot so far, but I managed to figure out from people who got review-copies that the game was actually all about inventory-management and learning how to cross hostile terrain and environment and it’s not an action game at all. Also, I love well done artsy pretentious shit.
Also, there’s a lot of core values in this game!
They’re all Norman Reedus’ core values so far though.

My mate has it, he loves David Lynch, Metal Gear, drugs and open world games. He’s enjoying it so far. He also likes Deadly Premonition.
DS is definitely not for me but I’d like to see it do well, I like the idea of it. It sounds cool, I just don’t have the patience to play.
I bought Modern Warfare and its actually fun. The last CoD I enjoyed was MW3. Blops 2 I didn’t like. Ghosts was aweful. I didn’t like any after that at all. I didn’t buy any until Modern Warfare. I played a tiny bit of Blops 4, it was ok.
But, Modern Warfare is alright so far, cross play is awesome. All the guns feel great. I’d prefer people to move a bit more but people are pussies and you can rinse them for sitting still. Overall its fun.

Kinda sounds up my alley.
But I still haven’t played much of Horizon Zero Dawn. Games with too much story nonsense are automatic turn offs.
