Looks like a top tier waifu like a lot of Blazblue chicks, but I also know that you don’t like when Street Fighter players decide to ignore anime games. Complicated matter. 
Also, lots of Yolo play in this grand final.

I also didn’t think the Joker/Bruce stuff was great, put primarily for an additional reason. The movie, especially near the end, made a point of establishing the Joker vs Bruce adversity. However, this version of the Joker doesn’t really work as a foil to bruce wayne or Batman. He’s more a foil to WayneTech or other “ruling class” types, which is why Thomas Wayne worked better as the adversary.
The other thing that kinda didn’t work for me was the over focus on Joker’s mental health. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not saying that it was a mistake to have that element, but the movie put a large focus on it, and used it as the primary explanation for Joker’s actions. By the end, I think this had the effect of taking away agency from the Joker, which diminished the character’s overall effectiveness.
Because of how the movie was edited. I suspect the focus on the mental health angle was actually added later in production. Probably as a result of how Phoenix’s performance played out. I understand why they went that way, but think it may have helped to cut 15 minutes or so of the “Joker has a mental illness” and “look bruce Wayne!” out of the movie. Would have helped the sluggish pacing in the first act, and lended the character more agency.

Think I’m going to really take the time to learn Granblue. I liked what I played in the beta, so I’m sure I’ll have fun with the game.

If you can play wack ass 5 for so long, then I’m pretty sure you can jam out to the more sound game. I just hope they make walkspeeds a little bit faster.
Its gonna suck not being able to play it locally though. RIP not having a scene.

You have a good group of guys who play everything. Right now UNIST and T7 were the biggest. There were playing SamSho for a bit but not enough for tournaments.
The “regional” tournament they did got highjacked by smash players at the insistence of somebody. They didn’t push back so the one big FG even they did had more smash players than a lot of the other games.
Since then they haven’t done another weekly. So they’ve spent a month without getting any advertising in any form. Just casuals is a lot of fun, makes the venue easy money, but the problem is that now Smash has like 2 weekly streams and constant mentions in the FB page of the venue place, and FG players are left holding their dick.
I know I harp on this a lot, but people can’t really encapsulate just how important it is that the overwhelming majority of the smash scene is all in one or two games at most. Way easier than trying to arrange things for 10 people that all want to play 8 different games.

Do arcades nowadays use consoles? For example how can an arcade or like a family fun center have sfv if it didn’t come out on arcade?
There is an arcade version of SFV.
And it’s horrible.

In asia yes and most of them where PC games like like SF4. Inside bootleg viewlix like arcade.
Some were PC with Mame.
Console isn’t really that good for being an arcade for a fighting game because they would end up with timers and default pads.
It also took it until like, S3.5 until they released it.
Okay, Vaseraga is my dude. He’s gonna be the closest I get to playing an unstoppable death Knight juggernaut like Mordekaiser, probably until Black Knight shows up.

It’s not pulling a SamSho, all samsho pre release promotional material had the steam logo at the end, this literally only has PS4
No, I have 2 gaming PCs, I am not gonna buy consoles as long as they ask me to pay extra for internet.
I used to go to my local to play PS4 games, but that’s closed now and God knows when it will reopen, if ever.

Personally I didn’t mind the Bruce Wayne parts or how this Joker was supposed to relate with the future Batman and stuff, the meat of the movie to me was in the character introspection and the mood they managed to pull off. As someone who usually doesn’t really follow comic book movies I liked that it was the kind of film that would have worked even without having the brand it has.
In fact it already worked, Taxi Driver follows a very similar story.
