In S4, they berfed her.
Killed both her best pressure tools by making shot 16f and increasing the pushback on VT standing shot.
Among other things.
She will be worse in S5, I am sure.

Menat should’ve never been nerfed the way she was. Kolin, Urien, Cammy, Menat etc etc basically all the characters you named besides Akuma, birdie and rashid have flaws and bad matchups.
You keep harping on Kolin when she’s one of the few characters that’s a good matchup for fireball characters like guile or shotos Ken/Sakura.

The problem isn’t just buffs to low tiers, it’s about the RIGHT buffs
Juri buffs in S4: VT2 now special cancels your stores into knock off Hazanshu and some change to the aerial target combo
It’s like who gives a shit about these buffs? Her VT2 it’s just awful and the air target combo one is mostly pointless. Why not something like making some of the frame data of her moves better or something.
This doesnt just apply to her it also goes for everyone not high/top tier, of course that would require Capcom to grow some balls and do some meaningful changes.

All Juri needs is more time on vt1 like Kolin, an ex store, and more reward for using stores. She’d probably be busted with these changes.
Got damn! No fucking body punishes G’s raw dash punches or wheel kicks in tourney. No wonder people act like he’s top tier with the shenanigans he gets away with.

Capcom seems to just randomly buff/nerf whoever they feel like.

This always gets me - they made it literally (more than) twice as good and it’s still one of the worst VTs out there.
