I’ve always considered 32" to be standard man size. I’ve worn 32x32 for years. Used to be 36x32. 32x32 is by far the most common pant size up here.
I do guess height should factor into how you’re proportioned, though. I’m 5’10" and 175.

Find a tailor, not a bullshit one in the Men’s Department at Sears. A real tailor. Ask him to help you out, what kind of pants he can alter to fit you properly.

I was like 5’1’’ throughout all high school then grew 2 inches after 19.
I guess I’m gonna have to try to lose some weight. Unfortunately I won’t be able to do that in 3 days so I’m gonna have to be realistic lol.
