browse through some tattoos there. There are some tattoos of exactly what you described so If you really want something like a mushroom or the triforce you can see what they would look like in tattoo form.
My recommendation is to first find a good tattoo artist. Don’t be afraid to travel. If you wanted something from Mario Bros, Zelda, and/or Metroid, find a ton of artwork for the games and give them to the artist. Give them a general idea of what you want and they can sketch something for you no problem.
