practice is the winner man people put in SICK hours ive not got half the time so im feeling the same man dw
I have a Tekken 5 arcade stick with Hori parts and I can’t do hadokens to save my life. But after I got the TE stick (with sanwa parts) I find all the half and quarter circle moves a lot easier to execute (I’m playing Dudley and most of his specials are half circles). So a good stick will make a difference on the execution.
Also don’t get a octo gate because you are not suppose to touch the gate when you are doing a dp or fireball motion. The reason the sticks come with square gates is so that you can do :df: without touching the gate. So practice tilting the stick just enough that it’ll hit the micro switch but not touching the gate. Of course having a SE stick makes it harder because of the crappy mirco switches and you’ll have to ‘grind the gate’ for the stick to register :qcf:
