Final Episode tomorrow. It took them 3 weeks to film the last episode, should be epic. 3 weeks of filming compacted in 1 hour!
it was epic as fuck mang, not much sex and boobies in this ep but it was GDLK.
not reading any other posts, just posting to say I’m mad that the last ep isn’t up on netflix yet.

Ah, I was kinda sorry to see the sex slave chick go. I always thought she was kinda cute and she looked cuter when she got plowed from behind.
I thought it was interesting how Crixious and Lucreetia first started their affair… I’ve had dreams where Xena would bend over for me like that.
I kinda figured that Domina would be the one to do in the old man and that it would be done by poisoning (a Roman specialty). I wonder if Batty ever found out about it. If he did, he took it quite well.
Asher’s still a dick, but you gotta admire his survival instinct.
Great episode. No gratuitous nudity, no lingering shots of shlongs like the orgy episode, just good storytelling and action.
It actually gave closure. Still would have loved to see Theocoles vs Oenomous + 99 others.
so the promised spartacus cameo was just the recap in the first episode (and subsequent voiceover in the last)?
really happy with the finale, sets up blood and sand really nicely. and sets up season two knowing what you guys told me a few posts up.
I was finally able to like gannicus during this episode now that he had some motivation to fight.
at least we got to see her get plowed in the brain stem. she’s everywhere you wanna be. RIP best body on Spartacus. i don’t think i can go back to Katrina Law after you :sad:

also everybody i’ve talked to kept saying there was no sex in this episode. pretty sure i saw a chick getting reverse cowgirled in the stands during the final battle. people just aren’t observant.

Great ending! I hope Ganicus returns next season too. Maybe Xena will spill the beans on his affair to cause a rift.
i dont know why everyone was ragging on ashur in season 1 and the prequel. it looked like he held his own in the ring of fire and deserved to be considered a gladiator. sure he was sneaky but he still did his part.
that new commercial of the new spartacus is discouraging.
Now that the prequel to season 1 is over we can go back to the main show.
From what I heard Xena will be in season 2. So it looks like she manages to survive season 1. Looks like Crixis only killed the baby.
Yeah if you look at the footage she’s still twitching at the end. If writers really want to kill someone they chop their head off, something like that. Unless it’s a comic book or a soap opera because then it doesn’t matter what you do. Anyone can come back to life on a whim. 
I’m glad that I didn’t read the spoiler with Gannicus, the surprise that he lived was well worth it. That fight scene at the end was glorious.
Man considering their fighting prowess, having Crixus, Oenomaus, Gannicus, and Spartacus on the same team is like having all the Hokuto Bros. together, broken beyond belief!
I only got into this show earlier this year but thoroughly enjoyed it. The foul language kind of turns me off, considering the time period and sort of takes me out of it.
Actually, I asked a history professor and the foul language is fairly accurate (maybe not the exact terms but the rampant use of cursing). His biggest problem with the show was the portrayal of Romans as Orgy-fiends.

For some reason that reminds me of when people review FPS and say the soldiers in the game cuss to much and the jokes are too crude, people don’t talk like that irl.

the sex slave bitch was eh. def not the best body on the show. or the cutest for that matter. kinda glad to see her get killed.
also ashur did hold his own. glad to see they didnt make him out to be purely ass in the arena like it looked like.
makes me wanna re download the first season now. actually i still have the last episode of season 1 on my hd somewhere. this one is right up there on par with that one for season finales. too good. cant wait for season 2. kinda sucks that andy wont be there though. maybe he can make some sort of progress and take over mid season. i wouldnt mind that at all. also bring back more naked sura memories.
