Yes, it does slow down when they are hit by a fireball. This is a trademark SF2 thing since since the original game. I mean, just the SF2 series, nothing out of it(A3, 3S, blah blah blah).

I always wondered if the slowdown was originally a hardware limitation that they just decided to stick with, or whether it’s intentional in the game. Regardless, one of my friends claims AE sucks because it has slowdown :rolleyes:

Typical srk, people pounce on someone for whatever little reason. Guy asks for help, gets flamed for his stolen avatar. great fun. All that was needed was to inform the guy he stolen it from someone else and that he should get a new avatar.
Hell if it was me, i would have kept of the old avatar just to piss these people off cause they are so easily offended. I’d hate to see what would happen if something seriously worthy of a flame occured. The forums might blow up.
Anyway back on topic. Yeh i thought there was a slow down aswell at first but it was all in my head.
