I’m pretty sure it combos(this is a good thing with the retarded WW dizzy properties) and obviously goes over sweeps and other lows. Apart from that, who knows.
Just a small correction to Decoy, ST Blanka crosses up with short, not forward. Maybe you’re confusing with ST with CvS2 Blanka.

CE blanka owns me. 2 random hits = dizzy I dunno why, but I do better against HF.
Ryufucksim has always been that way as long as I’ve seen him to be exact. Balrog, is that Mariah Carey in your av?
I don’t know if he had this in original HF cuz as a blanka player i thought i’d run across this back in the day but blanka can do the db,df-forward roll like Rogs crouch uppercut charge. So with that blanka can do ton of cool stuff. Can advance with a slow roll into a short,forward upball and its a really quick advance/crossup combo attempt. Now by far blankas bread and butter combo should be Jump fierce,stand strong, crouch rh(knocksdown) jab roll as they’re down, then short UP roll as they get up causing a “confusion” combo attempt as sometimes the roll goes the other way. And of course against some charcters when they’re knocked down and you roll when they’re down the ball will go to the other side, THEN as they get up do the upball back to the original side ect. AGainst some charcters you can bite/charge down back right away, bite lets go, fierce, roll then up ball as they’re falling from bite into another crossup attempt. Hell you may already know all this just haven’t seen anyone do this stuff before so as a fellow beast player thought you’d enjoy.

after the bite does not work on all characters only those that fall slower then the rest, though some i THINK it hits as a overhead if they block low using the short ball. Also after crouching fierce as anti air using the fierce ball to advance as they fall then up into short crossup ball is pretty nasty too.
Funny you mention characters that fall more slowly than others. Against WW Guile, if you do St. Fierce as AA it’s always good to go for Jab ball into electric. It lands behind him before he lands and is almost always a free dizzy or kill depending on life bar.
