No one really knows where it’ll head yet. It’s still possible that it hits the Gulf Coast. Even if it stays on the east coast it’ll disrupt air travel as I am in NY going south.
The fucked up part is that it technically didn’t really hit PR. It just kind of swamped it with hits huge ass. I remember we had a hurricane that we technically dodge but sidelined the island for 3 days with rain.
Stay safe guys.
Edit: Thread is kind of headed this way so repurposing it to use as a general Hurricane safety and check in thread. Figure at some point we’ll have to get some pocket change for the TX guys and probably Florida peeps too. Think the hard part is how to dispurse it after collecting it all in one place.
Checking in, central florida. Not even going to lie; I’m kinda scared. We’re going to ride it out, though. Hoping Irma shifts to the right or at the least stays on the right side. Sorry Miami, but you guys gotta take one for the team (like you always do).
Hope you dudes that got hit by Harvey are doing okay. I am not feeling to good about this hurricane. Shit has me on edge. Looks like we’re going to get slammed. It’s a pain trying to get supplies. Wal Mart was busy even at 3 am. Only time I’ve seen self check out open at that time. I’m supposed to be at work when it hits too. Every year Florida doesn’t get crushed by a hurricane freaks me out because I’m expecting one beast of a storm to show up. And here it is.
Between the Hurricane rampages and the wildfires in the other parts of the US, I hope you guys are safe. Also hoping the other areas hit by the massive floods over in Asia are hanging on as well, the weather is taking no prisoners at the moment.
