PSN EU and JP are strict about product quality, I think they still want most of the online bugs out before they authorize a release. Look at how long it took for Puzzle Fighter to reach both regions almost a whole year.

For the record. Mygamercard.net only shows numbers for its members who have actually signed up at the site. Not all of xbox live. That is why there is such a big difference in numbers there.

The 1.6 million are those who have the game and registered their gamertag on the site.
