My controller isn’t just mediocre, it has all the checkmarks of a bad controller. Horrible, half-broken stick, check. Awkward, bulky, hard to press buttons, check. General crappyness, check. I ordered the Tekken 6 Hori stick, and I’m excited because anything is better than what I have. While I agree it’ll probably take a while to learn it, I don’t think it’ll be THAT bad.
If the joystick is a Sanwa JLF you should consider a Seimitsu LS-32. 3S arcade setups now use Seimitsu joystick and Sanwa buttons. Some people have a tough time getting adjusted to the looseness of a JLF and like the shorter throw of an LS-32 and vice versa. You have to be more precise with a Seimitsu stick but your execution will be cleaner. You could even just buy a Seimitsu spring or a bigger actuator (the plastic thing at the bottom of the shaft). It would save you the 25-30 bucks to buy a new joystick entirely.
Oh also in case anyone didn’t know youtube has .5 and .25 speed so you can see my fingers a little better. But my camera broke so that was iphone quality.
EDIT: Also I retract my offer about a kara palm video because I just learned I can’t do it anymore

They are pretty fickle for me too, Ill hit them with a really good percentage and then itll suddently just dramatically drop for no apparent reason.
