Yes, it does. It corresponds to whether or not you walked in or were pushed in, or if you just appeared inside of the next parry somehow.

- easier to parry out 2) there’s a reward if you parry, no reward for guarding. 3) some characters get pushed out of aegis after parrying low when going for a traditional unblockable.

- it’s possible to parry the initial divekick and then continue guarding the rest afaik. that’s how I see the japanese deal with it rather than trying to guard it.
