Technically you don’t need any more mashing or wiggling vs a hypergrav->tempest, it’s just that the timing is a lot tighter, so you have to wiggle/mash at the right time. Even then you need some luck.
I’ve been able to mash out of …(psylocke hit) cr. short, cr hk, hypergrav, cr fierce twice in a game. But usually just one time or never in a match.
If you start mashing after he says “Hyper” you’ve got a better chance.
It’s funny how everyone says it’s hard to mash out of psylock, c.lk, c.hk, hypergrav xx tempest, but for me, it’s easier to mash out of that than AC hyper grav xx tempest. How backwards is that?

MadBooFace can do that pretty consistently. That’s why most people round here do c.lk, c.hk xx sj.hk, dash df, sj.lk, sj.lk.
