I was playing that yesterday~2days ago, on a stick. Kara Shoryu after Shinkuu is sick. Doesn’t do the most damage, just Roundhouse there does… That sounds like I’m good/cocky/2004 level but I continued 29 times. So Sick. Got to that point where Gill taunts you and eats raw tatsu.

I heard the fierce sound noise and Ryu did it, like 2/100 times here. Got it early in all of those attempts then never again.
It is, no range increase though. As a consolation prize, you hear Ryu’s grunt/yell, you already knew that though… Sounds like Ryu is trying extra hard during the UOH hehe, imagine if a Kara UOH carried over the damage of the move you Kara’d with???..
