What year was this first written on SRK?
Give us the release date just like when you boot up that Capcom Arcade game, for historical reference how many years this has been tradition.

This was first posted on a fighting game forum called “Higher Voltage”. It was a site that @Ultima introduced me to many years ago. I do remember this was reposted on SRK not long after. Since it was definitely before my hiatus from fighting games, it was probably first posted in December 2000, maybe 2001 (but definitely no later than that).
I wonder how Gavin is doing. I haven’t heard from him in well over a decade.
I actually tracked down the entire UVR series a while back. He was one of the few I could still get in touch with that I could get permission to immortalize it on FFNet. Never could find Chris Bird, and Thomas Wilde was embarrassed by it, but I always thought it deserved the love. Any Supreme OGs in here remember that series much?
