he uses a white DS3, and for xbox he probably does the same thing i do… use a lagless converter. i’m not wondering how he plays on xbox. i’m more wondering how he can pull off some of vipers sick execution combos. although i know how (he uses the analog), i couldnt do it. my thumb flys off that shit when i move it that fast.
i can do either way actually. i prefer thumb method tho. the only motion that’s hard (but not impossible) is kara throw. I don’t see half the top 20 using pad. most jp guys use stick and most of the top US guys use stick as well. Luffy, EmblemLord, theonly_j, would make top 20 but none of them are coming. inthul MIGHT make top 20 but i’m not betting on it. wolfkrone will probably make top 20 but other than those 2 off the top of my head i dont see too many people using pad and making top 20. not because it’s harder or cant be done, but because not many people use pad compared to stick.
i sorta have to disagree with that a little bit. dual modding any controller would be pretty much identical. the only difference is the amount of space you have to work with. then again i’ma electronics guy and neither one is hard for me.
it can be done but you’ll be lookin at about $500 for a controller. that’s a draft estimate too. you can get em cheaper but you have to order in bulk
edit: why would you want the dpad on the right of an HRAP anyway? and there are cheaper ways but i’m assuming you mean a stock professional lookin controller.
if you serious i’ll do some diggin and see what ideas i could come up with. funny cause the case would probably end up being close to if not the most expensive part. mainly cause you’d have to do custom molding. something might be able to be done with fiberglass… but … yeah. lol
