Its submission to and approval by the board is a pretty good indicator that the game will indeed be available before March closes out but obviously provides no guarantee.

I’m not sure what constitutes the average good normal in this game. But if I were to use past games, that normal looks weak.

Many normals in this game serve a specific purpose (think Street Fighter). Seems like you should be able to poke well with this, bust standing normals, some jump-ins as well with this. She could probably confirm into rekka off it too (is this her cr.mk?). Looks like she’ll stay relatively safe when tossing it out too. I only messed around with Peacock/Fortune/Valentine, but as far as I can tell every normal in this game is pretty damn useful.

Actually, regarding this, I wouldn’t mind seeing the hitboxes on Valentine’s cr.mp, when I was testing that I was having someone using Val’s j.hp (which covers a ton of space) and cr.mp seems to dodge it easily and stuff it every time.

Edit: Oh, and no, that doesn’t look like an overhead to me. It’ll hit mid.
