I would love for this game to come out in feb. but as the days go by, it just looks more unlikely.
What I’m doing is telling myself it’s going to come out in April. That way, if it does come earlier, I’ll be pleasantly surprised :>
We’re kind of at the point now where the release date isn’t up to us any more - between publishers, distributors and first parties and everything else, we’re just trying to get it out at the first possible time that won’t hurt its chances on the marketplace.

As for a release date, honestly I don’t care. I’ve already put aside my money for this (about 25 bucks) and everything else I have is reserved for Twisted Metal and Rhythm Heaven Fever

It means the game is either in cert or close enough to it that a reasonably solid timeline is in place for the publishing process to begin. Meaning we’re on the home stretch people. If you need to pee do so now as stops on the express line will be few and brief henceforth. o__o

It’s confusing, since the Senior VP of <redacted> actually told us something to the effect of “the game is submitted, go bug MS/Sony” back when <redacted> was being developed. So it’s either the terms are different for indies, or someone just said stuff that they weren’t supposed to.
