thanks. I am asking because I am going to buy a HRAP2, an LS-32-01, and red sanwa buttons; put the stock balltop on the seimitsu, and put everything in the hrap2. Another question: Is it true that the stock QDs are loose when connected to Sanwa OBSF-30 buttons?
do you mean like the wire crimped was loose or the QD was loose fitting on the points of the button?
not for me, i pushed them in all the way and they seem pretty tight. id probably have to take them off with a screwdriver or something, not with bare hands.
bad photo but here it is

Is not red, is vermilion.
oh youre right -___- they are vermillion. just checked lizard lick right now. red=much darker.
i searched around the threads for awhile and i couldnt find an answer so
how feasible is it to put in a seimitsu ls32 into a t5 stick? do i have to drill any extra holes on the mounting plate or can i just pop it in there?
pretty much. but i’ve seen others glue 2 pieces of wood and then screw it to that.
Mmm anyone know where I can get a 7mm nut driver? I went to a variety of hardware stores around me and none of them have any!
From what I’ve seen, they usually come in sets. The head, which determines the size, is just an attachment.
what is the best way to clean the top of a HRAP2, to prevent from scratches?
HRAP2s are not really vulnerable to scratches. Are you talking about the HRAP1a with the mirror top?
no, I am talking about the HRAP2.
They clearly don’t care much, since the 2.10 firmware update does absolutely nothing to address this issue. I’ve been bugging them for a while now via email and their blog. Guess I’m going to do it some more now.
Does the HRAP2 work with the XBOX Magic Box converter?
yes, it does.
I would imagine it’s not too different from cleaning optical discs - just don’t use anything dry, like they tell you in game instruction manuals (because wiping dry, say, with cotton balls, actually scratches big time); rather, dampen a soft cloth or even soft tissue paper with water and proceed. I’ve heard of cleaning discs with rubbing alcohol, but that’s not something I do with original discs. Oh, and don’t forget to install a diamond faceplate for scratch-proofing.
Personally I haven’t gone out of my way to clean my HRAP2 yet. I just blow off the dust every once in a while. Hehehe. I haven’t had it for too long but I’m not too worried about it.
i have a ripped cord on my HRAP1. what are my options here? is there any way to replace it? is there anyone that can repair, or send me a replacement?
where can i find those big screws to mount the jlf stick to the hrap?
I got a Wii for Christmas and was wondering what adapter would best work for my HRAP 2? I asked this in the controller adapter thread but no one answered me.
Hori cords are interchangable. I know for a fact that the Tekken 5 stick’s cord can be swapped with the Hori one. Your best bet is to hit up trading outlet for that, or find someone with a busted up t5 they dont use.
OK, I bought a HAPP COMPETITION stick and I figured out that it is much larger than the SANWA one.I cannot put it inside my HRAP3, maybe I will have to rip off the bottom in order to expand it with a new one, maybe from wood.I swapped the buttons for SANWA ones and I can only say-OMG what a difference…The HORI buttons are a fake replica.Any help with putting the Competition stick in?I tried a bat top and a octogonal plate, it is much better for fighting games, but all my friends are used to HAPP sticks.I need to make tournaments with them, any single one of them has been winning champioships for years.HELP please!I think I can build one myself, I got the stick and the HORI buttons…
