Well, the cheapest option is about $45. Maybe we could do a group order so SRKers can save on shipping and get the lowest price.

2 sticks ~ $269.10 + $120.44 = $389.54 (/2 = $194.77 per person)
3 sticks ~ $397.02 + $160.78 = $557.80 (/3 = $185.93 per person)
4 sticks ~ $521.24 + $210.18 = $731.42 (/4 = $182.86 per person)
5+ sticks ~ $127.13 + $52.54 per person (/5 = $179.67 per person)

Unfortunately, at over $200 per solo stick, I would have to back out of the offer for various reasons.

If people want to do a grouporder it is no problem, sticks are cheaper that way + if you use Surface shipping it will be pretty good all around price.
It is (like I said before) sad that the dollar is so low in value today, you get 100yen for 1 dollar today, crazy.
We get 5+ (the more the better) people, surface shipping to one person in the USA (someone reliable with a lot of storage space), who then ships them out to everyone. I might not order myself but this should will probably be a good way to save money.
The only issues we could run in to in that type of scenario are
- Finding 1 person that everyone trusts to get their sticks to them and not throw them up on ebay, and…
- The person receiving the sticks would have to either request shipping fees from buyers, or pay out of their own pockets, after it reaches the States.
I think I’ll rally up some buddies of mine that live in the area so we can just get them shipped to one spot. I already have 3 or more people interested in this around here. This will make it easier so we don’t have to ship multiple times.
I’d advise everyone to do the same, Unless you get someone you can trust.
Yeah you will have to pay for shipping it from the person to you but it should still be cheaper than ordering individually.
I am thinking we get like 30 or more people in on this so we will probably save a ton on shipping… I hope. We will probably need an extremely trustworthy dude on the west coast who has a shitload of storage space (warehouse/multiple unused rooms in house/unused garage) though.
Hmmm… our economy is getting worse daily… this deal is becoming more and more worthless too. It’s hitting a point where it would be cheaper to abstain… Still want one set aside though. If not for me, some other SRKer will want it.
