So…I’ve got a Hori EX2 that I intend to mod with Seimitsu parts, specifically the LS-32-01 joystick and the PS-14-KN buttons; but I’m not certain they’d even be compatible. I know the work that would involve installing Sanwa parts, but I’m in the dark about Seimitsu part installation. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
I know I’d be better off just junking it or selling it (doubtful), but I can’t justify throwing away money. Anyway, thanks for hearing out a mod noob.

You will have to do something about the Bottom Panel.
Because the LS-32-01 Shaft is long, and prevents the button from closing.
And Buttons are Buttons.
You just do same as what you know.
