i checked out nearly every arcade during the two weeks i was in hong kong… central is definitely the place to go for AE 2012 competition… 6-8pm on weekdays.

thanks bro i just touched down today and i wanna get to checking out alot of the locations tomorrow or this week if possible but i’ll definitely check out the central arcades

hey there. might as well look back through the previous posts as the replies are pretty similar… also take a look at my slightly dated arcade guide (link in signature). Sounds like Central is the main place to go at the moment. No MvC to speak of.

I haven’t paid much attention to the Gundam machines lately but I don’t think we have that yet… looks cool though… probably only a matter of time

Hi, Recently moved to HK. Don’t really play SF4 though. Though any idea where I could pick up a stick for a fair price? Looking for PS3 stick in general, but multi-console sticks are fine too Thanks!

I think you might be able to find some at Golden Computer Arcade in Sham Shui Po or maybe Sino Center in Yau Ma Tei.

My friend and I split an order through a website. I believe we used http://www.arcadespareparts.com/
Though they are based in HK I believe you still have to buy through the site and can’t just walk in. Other than that, I am yet to see any store that sells buttons individually myself.

There will probably never be an extreme vs machine in HK - hong kong arcades don’t seem to be able to access whatever internet network is required for that game to work. That’s why you only see GvG NEXT and Federation vs ZAFT II machines. Best bet is to buy a PS3, or let me know if you’d be interested in some local matches some time.
