All the games are up and running except for sc2 (who cares?). I think theres still a little moving and shifting around with the cabs large driving cabs. there is now room for 2 more cabs in the center (2 center islands kinda like MGL h2h).
update: SC2 is gone, mvc2 is back
I would kill to see some H2H cabs. Were the driving games online and functional by any chance?
well, t5dr and kofxi are in the middle… IMO with nice showcase cabs i don’t think there is a need for h2h
Initial D and DDR is up. The wall opposite to the fighting games has timecrisis4, max tune2, tekken tag, drummania, and some other stuff were off today. I dunno why, they were on yesterday.

Hey, i just stopped by the arcade today after freshmen orientation was over. They have Tekkan 5DR, MVC2, 3S, KoFXI, Melty Blood AC and a bunch other. I was just wondering, since i’m living at sjsu during the fall, what happened to the GGXX Slash machine? And how much competition is there at sjsu? Thanks

The games on the side with Time Crisis 4 should be on everyday. There are some issues because they are adding electircal outlets to that wall, so they might be off sometimes. You can always ask the attendant to turn them on, but if they are doing work they might not be able to turn them on.
hey, i just moved back here from san diego… When is a good time to drop by SJSU for marvel? I’m thinking of going this fri but will go whenever people post up and are down to play :tup:
Any chance of getting that replaced with Accent Core? I know many people who are waiting to play that game, but will probably be less inclined to play an older version since Accent Core was released to the PS2 (I’d probably be the only one who plays it because I play Anji, lol).
Also, would it be possible to get our MBAC machine upgraded to version B2 since, from what I hear, it’s a free upgrade + shipping from the original version B arcade?
RisingStar: The competition on all machines should be pretty damn good during the school year. The only ones I can’t vouch for are T5DR and MVC2, as I don’t really pay attention to them. There are constantly people playing 3S and CVS2 and KOF/GG have good crowds as well (I’m in the latter).
I believe MBAC is version B2, says so on the title screen.
although I dont play it, GGXX:AC would be nice to have…

As you can see, the reports that there’s a lot more room are completely valid. Can’t wait for this year’s tournament. Hopefully they bring back Accent Core.
From overview 2 you can clearly see where the old banister used to be and how much more space there is due to that from overview one. If they do just a little more rearrangement, they could put two fighting games from the side area and put them on the opposite wall, thus creating a ton more space around all fighting games.
Hello there! I’m going to SJSU starting Thursday as a little Freshmen. I’m decent on 3s and was wondering what are the days and hours of best comp there for it? Would definetely like to meet players there.

3S players begin to get on the machine at 12ish and usually start gathering an hour or two afterwards. A lot of guys usually just show up at random times.
You should learn KOFXI or Melty Blood, me and a bunch of other guys are always outside the arcade willing to play something
