Hey cuellarex, any clue on the final price including shipping (within USA) for the HRAP2 if we already spent $10 on a pre-order? I pre-ordered two of them and just want to ensure I have enough stashed in the bank come friday.
Also, I see that you are still taking pre-orders… I know the HRAP2 sells out like wildfire, so are you getting enough of them in to fill all the pre-orders? Or is it first-come-first-serve so long as you got a pre-order?
Pre-Orders will be taken down as soon as we have them in our warehouse. And we ordered a lot since this will be the final allocation that HORI is planning to make from Japan. So everyone should be able to get a stab at it.
As for the cost after the $10 pre-order, it would be $96, since the final price on the sticks is $106 shipped.

the $10 is applied towards the final cost, so if you preordered, take $10 off of $106 and that’s your final cost.
Also, expect a notification tonight. HRAP2 just came in the warehouse so we’re unpacking all the sticks as we speak.

It seems that VGO has a problem with shipping items on time. Don’t expect to get ur items for probably 3-4 weeks if you do decide to purchase something from them. It does take a bit of nagging to get them to respond. I am not sure of there shipping process because it doesn’t seem to be on a daily basis,but more of once a week thing.

GameOver, that is true when we had the other folks doing the shipping. I pretty much took things over about like maybe a month ago and I guarantee to ship your shit out within a day or two times span or I’ll refund your money to you. NO JOKE.
And if you anyone needs to talk to me directly, AIM me, yang858. I’m on AIM 90% of the day unless I’m asleep, taking a shower, or eating. This way, there’s always a constant communication and you wouldn’t need worry about a day or two delay response on my emails or PM. I do however check SRK daily

so would mine cost $101.60? I gave my friend who ordered for me around $122 just in case though. He already notified me about getting the email about the notification preorder thing. I wasn’t really able to talk to him because he was calling me from work. So that means mine was sent out right? his email was () Im assuming that was the email he used since he fowarded the receipt of the $10 preorder to me. hopefully he will foward the email he had concering the preorder email/remaining balance receipt to me as well.
Yeah his was sent out, in fact, I emailed him the tracking number already. So don’t worry about the extra shipping cost. Though it was more to ship to Guam, I’ll just take the hit since it wasn’t that large anyway. Its on its way to you as we speak. Should be there within 3 to 5 days according to USPS. I had to use USPS since UPS doesn’t deliver to a PO BOX. Basically, tell your friend the total cost with shipping is $106, this way you can get some money back. I’m not gonna charge anymore. just wondering if my brother orders one will he be able to pay $106 in total as well. Or will he have to pay $95 plus $16.60($111.60)? Im still willing to pay $111.60 though. If it will cost $106, do I just Pay through the website? If costs are $111.60 how do I pay the remaining balance for shipping? I will be using my other friend’s Paypal account this time. He is easier to get in contact with, sorry for all the questions man.

I don’t want to sound like an asshole (which i’m sure I do), but I don’t appreciate being lied to. First you tell me that the package was shipped a little less then two weeks ago in the PM you sent me on the 10-02. And now I check the the tracking number and find that the billing info was received on the 11th (this week), and that it finally started to ship yesterday.
I would rather had VGO tell me the truth back in June that they were having trouble fulfilling orders. And offer me a refund if they could not fulfill the order in a reasonable time period. Then to be strung along with a bunch of excuses for a couple months. And even worse just outright ignore my email inquiries to the status of my order.
I acknowledge that you are doing the gaming population around these parts a service by importing this stuff over to the US. And I understand that delays do happen. But if you are going to take my money upfront. Then the very least you could do is inform me if their are going to be any problems or delays. That way I can decide if I want to wait, or go somewhere else for the parts.
I just feel sorry for the people who don’t know about this thread. If someone had not told me about it, then I would still have been in the dark as to where my order was.
I’m sorry to post this on a public BBS. But I feel the customer should know what they are getting into. And I hope you can improve your service in the future.
I appreciate your honesty and I wish things could’ve have turn for the better. I don’t know exactly how things went down as I wasn’t completely in on the sanwa ordering/shipping process during that time. Again, I recently took over everything as I was letting overseas handle most of the sanwa ordering. I can assure you that with the new procedures put in place, those types of delay will not happen again or like you said,a full refund would’ve been initated a long time ago or on the stop when things come to a delay.
Justinc, just tell your brother that I’m willing to honor the prices on the site for shipping to Guam so he doesn’t have to pay the extra shipping.
