C’mon, Cuellar. I ordered this stuff a bit over two months ago. You told me you were going to ship it overnight last monday. Apparently, it wasn’t shipped overnight - or at all, since you can’t provide me a tracking number. If I don’t get a tracking number by friday, I’m going to assume it isn’t going to be shipped. IF thats the case, I’ll just take a refund and get my stuff somewhere else.

After some confusion about my first order from vgo network CuellarEX hooked me up with a pretty good deal and made sure I got everything I wanted. With a good attitude throughout the whole thing.

I ordered parts from him again and he immediatly helped me and went wayyy out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible.

He told me that VGO got rid of some of the people there that weren’t up to pace, and so he’s trying to make up for the inconvieniences they caused by taking things into his own hands. No doubt he’s really busy.

All I’m sayin is that CuellarEX is an awsome guy and I know that he wants what is in the best interest for the consumer. He will take care of you and make sure that you end up happy. Just thought I had to comment on this since he’s been great to work with and deserves props.

Suleman, I’ve been scouring my freakin office for your damn tracking number. It was shipped yesterday using UPS Ground. Sorry about my slow response. Its been shit here trying to catch up with everyone. I’ll be here more often now that things are little more manageable.

Like I said in my pm, if it has not been shipped as of now, GIVE ME A REFUND. I haven’t gotten my tracking # yet which most likely means it hasn’t been shipped. I want a refund, I don’t want the buttons anymore, and I am entitled to my refund since it has not been shipped yet.

Markman, I’m speaking to you too. I want a refund, that’s it. I don’t want to badmouth vgonetwork, or use examples from this thread and my private messages about inconsistent statements and failed promises, because I have had a good transaction with vgo before.
