Hey Moval, our games were good. Too bad I couldn’t offer more competition. I never thought that I abused blankas sweep, but apparently I do seeing all the times you jump over it onto my head.

Thanks for playing a lot of matches today moval. I noticed I use blankas verital ball to much as a wake up. I like how you linked the ultra though, very nice. anyways, I apologize if i wasnt much competition. Ill work on more links and cancels :tup: THanks again!

chopsticks217: hey good games man. yea you vertball/ultra too much on wake up. be careful with that…sometimes it’s best to just block. also, rainbow roll is a bad move. i don’t know what it is, but 95% of blanka players i’ve played online seem to like this move. it’s not! think about it: you’re risking to get that crossup damage vs. eating a combo or ultra. like i said in earlier posts - the only time i’ll use this move is when im cornered or when im ‘fisihing’ for moves. another thing that stood out from our session is that you didnt really play footsies. you relied more on having that d/b charge which is ok too, but it won’t beat characters like dhalsim and especially balrog. learn how to play footsies - i can show you online next time we play.

the link into ultra - learn it! that’s probably the best way to land it now since everyone knows how to beat crossup ultra shenanigans and chip damamge.

ggs man. you have a decent mixup game with blanka. just work on your ground game and combos. i noticed on wakeup you upball or ultra alot. get out of that bad habbit. also, you need to learn what can punish your blocked blanka ball and up balls so you don’t leave yourself open for easy damage…aka raging demon overall though, you did pretty good. keep it up! oh and get a mic so i can elaborate more on your gameplay.

sorry man - power went out. ggs nonetheless. you improved alot from the last time we played. i noticed you were going for ultra combos whenever you have it. this is a good mindset to have but be careful though - you saw what happened when you missed right? big damage. also, im sure you already know this, but be more consistent with your combos. your ground game is really strong - this is expected since you have the ST background. we’ll play again soon.

yea i dont do much combos because i have trouble linking with the fight pad. i tried out the te fightstick and it was a whole lot easier to link so im just waiting to get one.
oh and i have a mic just figured not to use it since you didnt have ur mic on lol.
