actually you dash up, lay boulder trap, dash back and get them low as the boulder hits overhead while cold star locks them down
true thereâs that too and better since there is so much ice they donât really see whatâs happening.
What he said. It is just boulder trap > dash c.M, usually done of a Wild Ripper. If they block Cold Star while grounded, you easily have enough time to pull this off. Leads into a solid 650K midscreen, more in the corner with boulder loops.
EDIT: It doesnât matter if they see what is happening, itâs unblockable lol
Woah, havenât posted here in a while. What mix-ups would you guys recommend on incoming chars?
I generally just set up traps. Sharpnel/Boulder + ignite a puddle. lets you do high lows when they land it. Beyond that, as derp as it is just get semi-closeish and do a log trap/bear trap. people love to press buttons.
So what are the basic BnBs that I should know that start with a ground move as opposed to j.M and such.
How the fuke do you do the boulder trap loop???
Heres a good video to start with, it has two combos that are his bnb which is the first one you see which does 622k dmg and the last one a corner combo which does 654k. Ignore the two combos that uses shrapnel trap cuz the scale your dmg heavly but if you have frank on your team then use it just to level him up
forgot to link you the video⌠derp

I sometimes like to lay down a net trap and mix them up by using Tunnel Rat H back and forth, making non-airdash characters have to take a 50/50 guess to not get caught.
And for anyone that airdashes Iâll put a trap down and then just hit them with Log trap since I know theyâll want to avoid that mixup entirly.
This. Especially if the other character doesnât have an air dash or flight or double jump. If youâre playing someone smart, you can safely assume once they see you do that theyâre expecting you to be on the other side, so just go back and forth under your net trap, end up on the side you started on. Iâm not sure the frame data on block, but once they touch it, I usually just emerge from the ground, and never really been punished hard.
Another thing you can do is put down a net trap, then rocket skates upforward, right as they come out, then down forward under them. Theyâll usually get hit by that. Just hope they donât come in swinging and clip you with a pizza cutter or something.
i have been using that rocket skate UF DF on incoming characters but instead net trap i lay down a fire puddle and or bolder trap, they land in the puddle even if they push block you your back is against the wall so you wont go anywhere and catch em with an IOH or set a boulder trap to go for an unblockable
Does anyone know the max damage for RRâs lvl 3?
I believe itâs 420k with button presses
Nah, that canât be right. I know Iâve gone over that.
370,000 k at base. with button presses itâs about 400k actually. It doesnât do a lot of damage.
Hmm, I just got 460,000 when mashing buttons. Iâm just gonna assume thatâs the highest damage which is actually pretty nice.
anybody have good xfc3 combos?
bear trap bear trap bear trap bear trap launch m launch bear trap bear trap launch m launch bear trap m s bear trap
yeah itâs like 460 max damage lol I normally get 430k weirdâŚmush mash harder.
