Word. Yeah, i got two MC’d (and 1 solely 360) sticks and i can throw together another PS2 cable if need be, but if i’m seriously jonesing for a game that’s not there, i’d definitely bring whatever. I’m a flexible, easy-going chap. (god damn skullgirls is amazing. you guys really need to check it out [if you haven’t]. If you’ve played it and don’t like it, no biggie, but do yourself a favor and just give the demo a spin. It’s the spiritual successor to MvC2… what i would have preferred MvC3 to be. Soooo smooth.)
This is a fucked up question here, but how kid friendly is the place? This a house or gamestore, etc? My wife is a gamer, not fighters (well, she says she might play thru the Skullgirls tutorial with starts off at basics… movement basics. so she may change on that, but i digress) but she’d be interested in coming and we have a 2 year old. However, i know this is a slim-to-nil chance. At the same time, if we ever offer up game nights (a possibility, now that the kid is getting older, woot. but nothing set in stone), a kid or two could come. And i could make it myself at some point, it’s just easier for the wife and kid to float along too.
Sorry for weird specifics, i haven’t passed a stick around in… maybe a year, and the itch has been VERY strong since Skullgirls sank her diabolically tantalizing fangs into my nono place.
Also, if you’re reading this far, is this a friENTly group?
