ChowWun is a scholar and a gentleman. I asked him to dual mod my Real Arcade Pro 3 Hori PS3 stick. He informed me in advance that he might start on my stick a bit later due to the holiday season, but once he started, he was was done in 2 days. After getting my stick back and going home to play, there were a few problems and I immediately informed him of the problem. Without hesitation, he said he would be able to stop by my place the next day and take care of everything that he needed to on the spot. He came over and within 15 minutes he fixed everything that needed to be fixed. The stick works perfect now and I have complaints. Big props to Chowwun for modding my stick and taking care of the problem asap. The price is fair and he uses the best equipment for it.

No complaints, right? But no problem man. I’m only offering my services to the best of my abilities. If my customer isn’t satisfied with the end product, or in this case wasn’t working properly, then that isn’t good for me. Glad to know the stick works properly and that it was an easy fix.
