Warden bus(b line), I think it runs every 20 minutes but that bus stops at 10pm which I guess is fine since HW casuals are done at about 9pm anyway.

Lovin’ the Mk9! 4 players looked like a blast! I think we should arrange a nice Tag Team battle next week. Ray has kindly donated some MK9 keychains and a super hype x-ray style T-shirt…we can give away keychains to a winning team and save the shirt for a singles tourney. Let me know if you guys have a team…i’m running Milenna so if somebody is running a kitana or jade let me know and we should team up! also if anybody sees some cheap usb hubs be sure to grab some (Hidey was kind enough to donate a splitter to the store)
also possibly running some Super and MK9 on saturday if ppl are interested…keep up with this thread for confirmation on that
Hey everyone, this is Osman, the Viewtiful Joe player. GGs today, I had an incredible time; my game improved so much, I learned a lot and I got a ton of match up experience. I will definitely be coming back, unless summer school gets in the way

The space! Having the tables back to the walls made things easier again. I had to be the arrogant asshole tonight and kick people off the third MvC3 station when in fact 5 other regulars suggested it(ahem, I looking at you Robin, Paul, Ben, Patrick and Jesse!)…I would be interested in MK9 on Saturday, I’m looking towards maining one of the Ninja girls, does Kitana get her old school costume eventually?
Okay sorta made a good choice to sticking with Kollector’s Edition, the Catalog will sell the PDP TE stick by itself eventually whereas the KE gets the book ends(still would have preferred the Euro statue) and the killer artbook.
From tonight’s experience(really the first time playing), it’s gonna take a lot of work to do high string combos and even though I agree with Jon that 4p Tag Mode kicks ass, it’s a shame that the player tagged out will just back seat coach, pick his nose and scratch his ass until he gets tagged in…

Did they reboot MK9’s story mode? Doesn’t seem like I missed much and I’m behind several several several MK games lol! Played a bit of it and now I’ve unlocked all possible alternate costumes from the Krypt.
Also Sonya has Dive Kick…cheap!

haha…well we’ve only scratched the surface of tag mode…there are tons of other things you can do…and specific combos as well. meaning your parter is gonna have to be on their toes incase you suddenly tag to extend your combo.
right now i’m thinking shorter 20-30% combos are where you should be aiming…once we learn how the combo breaker system works anything else longer will most likely be broken
hopefully the folks didn’t mind the constant game changing…if we had that one more station it wouldn’t have been a problem…we’ll be sure to have full stations and possibly more next week
