I thought the way to counterpick Hulk is to use Sentinel?
Team HW needs a fifth member!
Fadi will not be available for the Barrie Tournament to represent Team HW.
This means we have one spot free. We can determine the fifth member at casuals this Wednesday. Any suggestions on the selection process?

The fierce has huge lag. Bait it out and punish (easier said than done, I know). Other than mp, I don’t think anything else has super armour.
its just that, as im air dashing in, before i get my first hit, hes already pressed fierce, and when i get my first hit on, his fierce wouldve already hit me. kinda stupid i know, but might as well take that opportunity to pick up some zoning characters in my arsenal

Anyone who wants to be on the team should face us each once. The person with the most number of wins (or rounds…lol) gets a spot on the team. If no one gets any rounds or wins, then the team will be left to decide who comes close?

You can dash in and block. 
A lot of people new to vs games have a “must get in at all costs” style of playing. You have to think of it like SF, if I keep jumping at someone, of course theyr’e going to keep getting dragon punched. So why not bait it out? Dash in, block. Jump towards someone, then air dash backwards. Be creative, take advantage of Hulks lack of mobility. His fastest way of getting around is gamma charges, all of which get beat by normals. If not, he really has to hope you don’t block, rather than create good mixups.
good tips… RE: dashing backwards: i’m AWESOME at it. not on purpose though, cause i do since in my head im all “ok, imma jump and dash in” but then at the last second my fingers go “NOOOOOOOO NOT SAFE” and i end up just jumping and dashing back down. LOL
Also: who wants to throw me some quarters so i can get the DLC tomrrow?

How many consoles have the DLC on Wednesday? I have SE so my console is good for Jill and Shuma Gorath(360).

I will prolly bring my console in, and ill prolyl get teh DLC… purely because the secret avengers cap is AWWWWEEEESSSSSOOOOOMMMMME. also my console will have shuma/jill when they come out!

Kinda destroys the point of it being Team “HW” if the players don’t even come on a regular basis.
Team HW members were nominated by their peers. After tallying the votes we got our five. It would be great to have Buddah on the team but probably not a fair representation of the players who are at HW. We wanted to give some of the “regulars” who don’t frequent the tourny scene a chance to showcase their skillz!
Im fine with that but are they willing to put up the monies?
We need to worry about Barrie putting up theirs first. I haven’t heard a peep outta them for a while now.
