Parrying is dumb… I mean, actually parrying stuff is sweet, but why can you repeatedly parry while getting combo’d to throw off the opponent’s timing?

I get lvl 5 x-factor forever plus regen health as long as I’m planted, just can’t use hyper meter for hypers and the effects activate when I get 3 bars. Put wesker on point and boom, Dark Wesker with assists.

and a penance stare then of parry a full X berserker barrage does 1,023,000… DAMN
also, heralds cards are not that good, try to do heroes first (the only good thing is parry, equip professor X and get it)
Mandarin/Akira/Fin Fang Foom is the most broken possible combo IMO. I’m wrecking face with it.

Trying out Dr.Wily/Captain Blue/Mephisto combo, I think it should be pretty good. Basically you start off with 5 meter, and your damage is through the roof. While it doesn’t have any special powers, when I say through the roof, I mean my normal combos becoming ToD’s. That’s good enough for me while I don’t have many cards.
And nope, this combo is terribad.
There is offline multiplayer, you just have to set it up on training mode. Which is incredibly stupid, and there is no excuse other than pure laziness on Capcom’s part for omitting a proper VS mode.
Green Goblin card is all it took to make My Iron Fist/Ryu team wreck people’s shit. Summon tatsu, airdash go behind into 80% or more damage on eveyone. Other 2 cards are just making the combos kill faster. Currently I’m sporting Blade to gain health per attack I land after 40% damage is taken by me and I’m using Prof X to gain more cards. I’ll likely use the armor card once I get it though. So far I’ve never made it past my own point character with this setup. Iron Fist is too damned good with his airdash given its got half screen distance.

Finally got my Blodia and what can I say, dayum, Blodia + X is retarded. Projectile invincible ARMORED airdash. I love this mode.
